·         AUTHORITY - Baguio City Dot Com Online Hotel and Transient House Booking  have a special arrangement with the Hotels and Transient Houses posted in this website, thus giving Baguio City Dot Com the authority to act as an independent online booking agent for them.  WE DO NOT OWN the hotels and transient houses featured at the website.

·         PRICES - We are NOT authorized to add up on the original prices given by the Hotels and Transient Houses, thus, prices posted here are their original prices. Prices may change without prior notice from the Hotels or the Transient houses so better check with us first before final bookings

·         GUARANTEE- Baguio City Dot Com is a legal business entity registered with the Department of Trade and Industry and the City Government of Baguio and the BIR, thus making it safe to book with us even with online transaction. WWW.BAGUIOCITY.COM is owned by Baguio City Dot Com Online and Computer Services and we cannot sacrifice the name of this site by "scamming" your reservation fees. We had been doing online booking since 2003 and the website is here to stay to help and assist people who will be needing accommodations in Baguio City and nearby places.

·         ADVANCE BOOKING - Advanced booking of at least one month or earlier, especially during peak seasons such as Panagbenga (Flower Festival), Holy Week or Christmas time, is advised.

·         RESERVATIONS - For reservations during PEAK SEASONS that is on Christmas Time and New Year ( Dec. 20 to January 3), Flower Festival /Panagbenga (February 20 to 25) and Holy Week, FULL PAYMENT of your total stay is advised for confirmed bookings. For ordinary days, finalized bookings will have to pay at least 50% of the total amount of the number of days reserved. We are sorry but we cannot entertain clients without reservation. STRICTLY NO FULL PAYMENT / RESERVATION FEE, NO FINALIZED BOOKING.

·      CANCELLATION - Cancellation of reservation will mean forfeiture of your reservation fee since we have reserved the space for you and we did not entertain other people wanting to reserve the same space, these cases happen especially during the Christmas Season, Panagbenga (Flower Festival) and Holy Week wherein hotels and transient houses are fully booked. So better not to reserve if you are uncertain of your reservation.

·       POSTPONEMENT - Postponement of Booking should be advised at least 2 weeks before your reservation date, failure to do so will also mean forfeiture of your reservation fee.

·     CHECK IN – CHECK OUT – Check in time shall be observed accordingly; CHECK-IN: 2 PM / CHECK –OUT: 11 AM. In cases that you arrived early and somebody has occupied the space/unit/room before you, you can just leave your bags and be back until the other guest before has checked out. You can also ask the front desk or caretaker if you can check in early if nobody has occupied the room before you. Check out will also be strictly observed.

·    INITIAL RECEIPT - Your deposit slip will act as your initial receipt. Bank charges during bank transfer will be your responsibility.
