10 Cordi police awarded Medalya ng Papuri
LA TRINIDAD, Benguet, (PIA) -- Ten policemen of the Police Regional Office- Cordillera (PRO-COR) were bestowed with the Medalya ng Papuri in recognition for their dedication and professionalism in the performance of their duties.
Chief Superintendent Isagani R. Nerez, PRO-COR regional director, acknowledged the awardees for their commitment in ensuring the safety and security of the public officials, tourist, athletes and the general public during the special events of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Alumni Homecoming, Panagbenga Festival and the Cordillera Administrative Region Athletics Association (CARAA) that took place in the City of Baguio and La Trinidad, Benguet this month..
Awarded the Medalya ng Papuri were Task Force Summer Capital members namely Senior Superintendent Jesus D. Cambay Jr, director of Baguio City Police Office; SSupt. Rodolfo F. Azurin Jr., provincial director of Benguet PO; SSupt. Rolando F. Miranda, Supt. Mark B. Pespes, Chief Inspectors Sibly P. Dawiguey Jr, and Rhalf A. Macaiba and Sr Insp. Loreto Cayetano.
The same award was also given to C/Insp. Byron F. Allatog, chief of Police of La Trinidad Municipal Police Station, Police Officer 1 Rolanda D. Gooban and PO1 Janet C. Tal-odan.
‘I salute also the police officers, the rank and file for a job well done, the security plan was implemented very well that no untoward incident happened during the recently concluded major activities,’ Nerez said.
